Orders

An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund an order where a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, fraud is suspected or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

We aim to describe products accurately. Colours and finishes may appear differently depending on screens, lighting and normal manufacturing variation.

Prices and payment
